There's three studio apartments like this in the building, and it's perfect for accommodating one or two individuals.

The bedroom in this studio apartment features two separate beds, each measuring 90cm wide. These beds can be used individually or combined for extra sleeping space. The apartment also includes a small living room area with a sofa, a functional workspace with a desk and wardrobe, its own bathroom and a kitchen with a microwave, fridge and stove. This apartment offers everything needed for a comfortable stay in Seville.

The property also offers various common areas for residents to enjoy. A spacious living room with a terrace provides a welcoming space to relax and socialize. Additionally, there is a comfortable lobby area where residents can unwind after a long day. For added convenience, the building also includes a washing room for residents to utilize. The rental price includes water, electricity and internet, ensuring a hassle-free experience for residents. However, it’s worth mentioning that the use of washing machines requires a separate but low payment.

CLARIFICATION OF THE RESERVATION PROCESS:

1. First Step:
The tenant makes the initial reservation via the platform and pays the first month’s rent through the platform.
2. Second Step:
After that, we get in direct contact with the tenant to prepare and sign the rental contract. (Please note: direct contact is only allowed after the reservation is made and not before.)
At the same time as signing the contract, the tenant must pay the security deposit and the administration fee.

Until the contract is signed and both the deposit and administration fee are paid, the reservation is not officially confirmed or secured.

Before confirming, it’s essential that the tenant reviews all payment details under “View all the payments planned for this stay” on the platform, to avoid misunderstanding.
