Discription of the whole apartement:
A comfortable and sunny 49 sq.m. apartment in the centre of Athens, in close proximity to most Universities – a leisurely 16 minute walk to the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) - and the city centre, to public transport links, 20 minutes walking distance to metro green line 3 and 3 minutes walking distance to the pedestrian Fokionos Negri.
The apartment has two independent fully-furnished rooms with wooden flooring, desk & lamp, office chair, in each room. There is a hallway at the entrance of the apartment with a small sofa and coffee table, as well as a floor lamp. The adjoining room is equipped in such a way that it can be used either as a living room or as a study area, but also as a bedroom for a 2nd person.
It has a double bed to sofa-double bed, towels and bedding, cupboard and bookcase.
The other room has a double bed, big wardrobe.
There are towels, blankets, and sheets in the closets of both rooms.
Both rooms have access to the comfortable balcony where there is a table with chairs. There are awnings as well.
There is gas central heating that it works during the winter.
There is also a separate large fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (which also contains a washing machine).
Fast and consistent Wireless Wi-Fi (with unlimited data plan) as well as all utility bills (electricity, water, central heating, air-conditioning) are not included in the price of the rooms. Costs 250€ monthly paid additional to the rent.

The apartment is located in Kypseli an urban area where mainly Greek families live but also Erasmus students. It is a safe and friendly area with human interaction. Close to the city center with a market and shops of all kinds that you go on foot.
