THE APARTMENT:
This is a 3 bedroom apartment. Each room is 25 square meters in size and has a luxurious and large private balcony. Further, the room is equipped with a king-sized box-spring bed with fine bedding, one bedside tables, one bedside lamp, a large closet, and a working desk with a corresponding chair. In addition to your own room, you and your flat-mates share a spacious kitchen. Moreover, the kitchen is fully fitted with cooking equipment and utensils. The bathroom is very spacious and elegant with a shower, a separate bathtub and a washing machine.

DEPOSIT:
To make your move easier, we offer flexible deposit options. You may choose between a one-time, non-refundable non-deposit fee of EUR 560, or a refundable security deposit of 3 months rent, which will be returned after move-out in accordance with standard regulations.

The apartment is located in a beautiful and well maintained old building the city district Nordend West. Ideal for young professionals. More central is hardly possible! In addition, Nordend West convinces not only by its location, but also by its hip vibes. At every corner one can find trendy bars and restaurants.
