THE APARTMENT:
This is a 3 bedroom apartment. It has a luxurious and large private balcony. Each of the bedroom is equipped with king-sized box-spring bed with fine beddings, one bedside table, one bedside lamp, a large closet, and a working desk with a corresponding chair. The apartment has a spacious kitchen. Moreover, the kitchen is fully fitted with cooking equipment and utensils. The bathroom is very spacious and elegant with a shower, a separate bathtub and a washing machine.

DEPOSIT:
To make your move easier, we offer flexible deposit options. You may choose between a one-time, non-refundable non-deposit fee of EUR 560, or a refundable security deposit of 3 months rent, which will be returned after move-out in accordance with standard regulations.

The apartment is located in a beautiful and well maintained old building the city district Nordend West. Ideal for young professionals. More central is hardly possible!
