Apartment in the cool Brüsseler Street area
Apartment: 38 m2. Suitable for a single person or a couple
Our apartment in this late 19th-century building has high ceilings and large windows. The apartment is located on the ground floor in the back house, has just been completely renovated and is very bright, even in winter. The apartment has a brand-new white lacquered kitchen, with everything you need to cook gastronomic meals or meals on the go. It has a dining area and is equipped with Limoges porcelain crockery, pretty glasses, sharp knives, etc... The apartment has a large double bed (140cm), spacious closets, washer-dryer, flat-screen LED TV with cable and international channels, and wifi (included in the rent).
Our charming apartment is nestled in the cool Mitte-Wedding district, known as the Belgian Quarter (Belgisches Viertel / Brüsseler Kiez). Old-timers and newcomers alike appreciate its mix of urban bustle and suburban calm, in a neighborhood that's full of restaurants with cuisines from all over the world, small boutiques, cinemas and a friendly weekly market, all close to the property. The U6 subway line (Seestrasse) is just a few minutes' walk away, taking you to Friedrichstrasse, the heart of Berlin-Mitte, in less than 10 minutes, as well as to various streetcar and bus lines (15 minutes from Prenzlauer Allee, for example).
