Each bedroom has a loft upstairs, the tenants can sleep either down where is the desk or up on the loft. The bedrooms are furnished with desk, chairs, curtains, lamps and wardrobes.
The kitchen is equipped with a big table and chairs.

Beds available: single beds, double mattresses for the loft, double bed (120x200, upon previous request).

UTILITIES

The Lessor can help the tenants with the documentation needed to get the temporary residence and the PESEL number.

The deposit shall cover 1 monthly rent + utilities/bills in the value of one month calculated in excess.
The deposit is only an amount withheld by the Lessor as collateral and a guarantee for the entire rental period. The security deposit is not a form of payment of the last monthly rent. The deposit shall be given back to the tenants after the lease.
The Lessor is reasonable, always ready to understand and help the tenants.

Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.

Check-in & Check-out:
Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
