The rental price is 10% higher if the monthly rent is only 1 month.

The tenants can get the following appliances upon previous request: kettle, water boiler, coffee maker, toaster, chargers and 2 TV. The tenants get a full maintenance for the apartment (service 7 days per week) during the entire period of lease.

The Lessor can get for the tenants hand-sanitizers, face-masks, gloves, sanitizers and protective visors (upon request). Moreover, the Lessor can get for the tenants handmade fashion pochette-masks made in Italy (very trendy and fashion masks).

The Lessor can get an additional life insurance for foreign students (this is upon previous request).

There is a weekly cleaning service available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.

There is a rental service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.

The tenants can request to watch all the FOOTBALL matches of the main European leagues (Serie A, La Liga, Bundesliga, Premier League, League 1) and the Champions League by signing up for a very cheap monthly subscription. There is a laundry service (wash and dry) available in the building.

There is a good internet connection in the building with many networks available, the speed of the connection is very fast and with an unlimited transfer of data (fiber internet connection). The tenants can use 2 routers with 2 networks in the apartment!

The Lessor can help the tenants with the paperwork and bureaucracy needed in order to obtain the PESEL number, temporary residence, application for a VISA and much more.

A NetFlix platform is also available for the tenants upon previous request. The agreement of lease is available in Polish and English language.

The monthly price here in this advert does not include the bills. The bills and the utilities can be paid either upon consumption or with an all inclusive reach-out amount previously agreed with the Lessor.
