- ca. 15 min zur Hauptuniversität, 25 min zur WU Wien und zur TU Wien mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln
- Das Sportzentrum der Universität Wien ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen
- In 20 min ist man sowohl im Zentrum als auch draußen im Grünen (Wienerwald + Kahlenberg)
- In unmittelbarer Umgebung findet ihr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für wirklich alles, was man im alltäglichen Leben so braucht! (Hofer, Lidl, Billa, Saturn, Bauhaus, etc....)

- in the beautiful 17th district Hernals
- approx. 15 min to the main university, 25 min to WU Vienna and TU Vienna by public transport
- The sports centre of the University of Vienna is within walking distance
- In 20 min you can be in the city centre as well as outside in the green (Wienerwald + Kahlenberg)
- In the immediate vicinity you will find shopping facilities for really everything you need in everyday life! (Hofer, Lidl, Billa, Saturn, Bauhaus, etc....)

The price is for 8 persons and the final cleaning is € 85,- extra.
