The kitchen is completely new and full-equipped. The new washing machine is located in the kitchen. The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower with a shower-panel that has a massage function. The apartment counts with a modern LED lighting system and with smart lights in the living and sleeping area that can be controlled to have cold or warm light and/or different intensities. In the apartment there is a Smart-IP Camera (optional for our guests). The ceiling of the living room has a beautiful and original ornament that is over 100 years old and still well-maintained, with no-doubts a beautiful piece of history.

The apartment is located in a charming neighborhood in the top district of Kreuzberg with lots of green spaces in the surroundings. You are just a walking distance away from the beautiful parks “Gleisdreieck” and “Viktoriapark”. The most famous street-food for currywurst and Kebap in Berlin are just in the corner (Curry 36 and Mustafa ́s Gemüse Kebap). The Berliners well-known “York Cinema” is just next door. The famous sightseeing of “Checkpoint Charlie” and also the Berlin Wall & the Museum „Thopographie des Terrors“ is just 2 stops away with the metro. You can also walk to these famous sights that are just 2km away. From there you can also reach in walking distance “Potsdamer Platz” where you can find the new Mall of Berlin and also the famous building of Sony-Center. There you can find a cinema, cafés and restaurants. Not far from “Potsdamer Platz” you can find the famous “Brandenburg Gates” and “Holocaust Memorial”. The apartment is very central and is well connected to the public transportation.

House Rules:
• Smoking and/or pets are not allowed in the apartment.
• The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, be aware that laud noises could disturb neighbors. I kindly ask my guests to consider maintaining this quiet atmosphere specially after 09:00pm/21:00hrs.
• Downloads and/or streaming of movies, music or any other is not allowed (in Germany illegal downloads or streaming are forbidden and punished with expensive fines). The tenant is responsible of paying these fines.
• At the end of your tenancy there is a final cleaning fee due. We charge for a regular final cleaning (incl. 3 hours): 140,00€, every additional hour costs 45,00€ in case that the apartment require an extensive cleaning work.
• We strongly recommend a regular cleaning and maintenance of the apartment.
