Thoughtfully designed small apartment in "farmhouse style" furnished with great attention to detail. Access is via a separate entrance. (hidden)ment apartment consists of a combined living and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen with small dining area, a high-quality bathroom with glass shower and toilet. For relaxing hours there is a furnished terrace. In the entire apartment - except in the wet area - exclusive real wood flooring is laid. A restful sleep is guaranteed by the very high quality sofa bed (160x200cm) in the living/sleeping area. In the apartment is of course a multimedia equipment with a SmartTV device and high-speed internet / WLAN. A set of towels and bed linen are also available. In (hidden)ment there is a well-equipped laundry room, which is accessible to all residents of the house. There are two washing machines and two dryers (Fee) equipped with the "WeWash system".

Parking space or garage are possible to rent for a fee according to availability. But you can also park freely on the street and side street.

Für entspannte Stunden steht eine möblierte Terrasse bereit. In der gesamten Wohnung – außer im Nassbereich – ist exklusiver Echtholzboden verlegt. Einen erholsamen Schlaf garantiert die sehr hochwertige Schlafcouch (160x200cm) im Wohn-/Schlafbereich. In der Wohnung befindet sich selbstverständlich eine Multimedia-Ausstattung mit einem SmartTV-Gerät und Highspeed-Internet / WLAN. Ein Set Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Keller befindet sich eine gut ausgestattete Waschküche, die für alle Bewohner des Hauses zugänglich ist. Es gibt zwei Waschmaschinen und zwei Trockner (Geb.), die mit den "WeWash-System" ausgestattet sind.

Stellplatz oder Garage sind gegen eine Gebühr nach Verfügbarkeit möglich zu mieten. Man kann aber auch auf der Strasse und Nebenstrasse frei parken.
