We are offering our modern and fully furnished 3-room apartment in Hamburg-Altona for temporary rental. The apartment is our private home and is therefore fully equipped – ideal for professionals, expats or couples looking for a comfortable home in Hamburg for a limited period rather than a typical short-term apartment.
The apartment consists of a spacious living and dining area, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped home office/guest room, kitchen, bathroom, two hallways and a balcony overlooking a quiet and green courtyard.
Living & dining area
The spacious living room offers a large and comfortable sofa, an additional lounge chair and a dining table for up to six people. A large Smart TV and Sonos sound system are available for relaxing after work.
Directly connected to the living area is the balcony and offers enough space to sit outside comfortably.
Fully equipped kitchen
The separate kitchen has everything needed for a longer stay: refrigerator and freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher, washing machine as well as plenty of storage space and a complete set of kitchen equipment.
For coffee lovers, there is also a high-quality espresso machine with grinder.

Public transport connections are excellent. Königstraße S-Bahn station is only a few minutes away, providing a direct connection to Hamburg city centre and the main railway station. Hamburg-Altona station, including long-distance train connections, is also around a 10-minute walk away.
