The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. There is an entrance area with cupboard and storage space. The flat is well suited for adults.
Rental price per month: 1.550 € (2 persons, at least 12 months rental period). Please ask me for prices for less persons.
Warm rent: including Hot water up to 12,000 liters per person per year, cold water, heating, electricity up to 100 kW/h per month, internet without usage limit etc.
Obligatory: rent contract with minimum rental period of 12 months preferable, KVR possible

Shops: there are supermarkets, banks and shops within walking distance and only a few minutes from the apartment.

The river called "Isar" is within walking distance (ca. 20 minutes) as well as the zoo.
