The kitchen is fully equipped with all needed stuff (small fridge, small oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine).The studio is at the 4th floor, no elevator in the building. Linen and towels for 1 person are provided.The closet is enough to store all your things during your stay.There is Wi-fi internet connection (24mbps), air conditioning (cool & heat) and a heat electric convector.

The local area is safe and quiet. Nearby, there are many cafes and small hide parks (Alsos Neas Smyrnis), which is perfect for external exercise. Your stay will be cool and pleasant!

It is only 5' walking distance from metro station "Neos Kosmos",(red line metro) and 2' from Tram station "Mpaknana".
It is very close to Panteion University.From the studio you can easily reach Athens University (NTUA and UOA – Zografou) with the bus line number: E90 express (Itinerary: Piraeus- Athens University).The nearest station is in Sygrou avenue (i.e.station 060810- Panteios University), only 5’ walk from the studio. The location of the studio is perfect since it is very close to Acropolis (only 2 metro stations), to Athens city center(Syntagma) but also to the southern suburbs (beach).
