Our 30sqm double studio is furnished with a double bed as well as a small living area with sofa bed. A desk/ dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette provides you a pleasant ambiance. The bathroom is either equipped with a shower or bathtub. WLAN is available free of charge during your stay. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available for communal use for a fee. Car park on request ( for a fee).

For stays longer than one month, an interim cleaning service must be booked at an additional cost per month:
Interim cleaning without linen change: €100.00
Interim cleaning with linen change: €150.00
If you do not specify a preferred week, we will determine the cleaning schedule ourselves.

On request you can book an additional complete intermediate cleaning. This costs €100.00 per cleaning or €150.00 per cleaning including linen change (bed linen and towels).
