Thanks to the ground-floor location and well-insulated windows, the apartment stays pleasantly cool in summer, while the underfloor heating keeps it cozy in winter.

A large wardrobe is located in the bedroom, just to the left of the door.

The kitchen/dining area has a table for up to 6 people with an open kitchen setup. It is especially bright in the mornings and offers a cozy atmosphere in the evenings as well.
