The bedroom features a box spring bed (180 cm width), wardrobe, iron & ironing board, armchair, and desk. The separate kitchen/living room has a cozy sofa corner (sofa bed) with TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. The modern bathroom comes with a shower and hairdryer.

The apartment building is located in the Deutz district on the right bank of the Rhine, very close to the exhibition center, making it particularly suitable for trade fair visitors. Shops for everyday needs and a small selection of cafés and restaurants can be found around Deutzer Freiheit street. The Rhine riverbank with Deutzer Werft, Kennedy-Ufer, Rheinpark, and Poller Wiesen offers local recreation in green surroundings. The Messe/Deutz long-distance train station is only a few minutes' walk from the apartment building and offers both long-distance connections to destinations in Germany and abroad as well as many regional connections. In addition, the station is served by several underground and tram lines (1, 3, 4, 9, 14), which guarantee excellent connections to all destinations within Cologne. The walkway on the Hohenzollern Bridge, which offers fantastic panoramic views of the old town and the banks of the Rhine, lead to the city center and the cathedral on the river’s left bank.

Zudem wird der Bahnhof von mehreren U- und Straßenbahnlinien (1, 3, 4, 9, 14) bedient, welche eine hervorragende Verbindung zu allen Zielen innerhalb Kölns garantiert.
