Our 50sqm One-Bedroom Deluxe Apartment offers a separate sleeping room, furnished with double bed, air condition and a working area. The living room offers a completely equipped Kitchen as well as a living area with sofa. The bathroom is furnished with a rain shower and a separate toilet. WLAN is available free of charge during your stay.
Car parking is available on the premises for a fee (subject to availability). A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for shared use in the building for a fee.

For stays longer than one month, an interim cleaning service must be booked at an additional cost per month:
Interim cleaning without linen change: €100.00
Interim cleaning with linen change: €150.00
If you do not specify a preferred week, we will determine the cleaning schedule ourselves.

On request you can book an additional complete intermediate cleaning. This costs €100.00 per cleaning or €150.00 per cleaning including linen change (bed linen and towels).
