The main room is fully air conditioned, it is equipped with a smart 43’’ TV, a double bed, a comfy folding bed, as well as a dining table/workspace. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom. The room includes a wardrobe. There is also a small and quiet backyard, to have your coffee.
Children/babies are more than welcomed! We can provide everything they need!

Tea/coffee machine is at the guest’s disposal.
There is everything you need for long term stays (washing machine, refrigerator, cooking oven, coffee machine, linens, kitchen utensils, etc.)

The studio has recently been renovated with new furniture. Visitors are offered with fresh linen, towels, blankets, shampoo, toothpaste, pharmacy, hair dryer, kitchenware etc. Guests can enjoy central Athens attractions and main areas. All those are approximately 10 min away by Metro.
For our little friends a stroller, travel cot, high chair, baby bath and toys are available and at your disposal.
The studio policy does not allow smoking inside the property, no pets are allowed as well as no group parties.

For stays more than 2 (two) months (when its possible) a discount applies in the rental price.
