Apartment in the center of Athens, very close to the Metro, ideal for couples or individuals, with a large sun terrace, fully equipped for your comfortable stay. The house is located on the 4th floor and has recently been renovated. The double bed features a Latex mattress by Media Strom and promises a wonderful sleep. The entrance to the apartment is at the top of the stairs as well as a storage room with the washing machine. At the bottom of the stairs are all the main areas of the house.

Parking on the surrounding streets is clear, but there are plenty of private parking lots around.

- Late check-in after 22.00, is accepted only with our driver who will deliver you the keys and there is a charge.
- Electricity is included in the monthly rent but with a kWh Limit.
