bei uns wird zum Frühjahr ein Zimmer frei – und wir hoffen ehrlich gesagt nicht nur jemanden zu finden, der einzieht, sondern jemanden, der sich hier wirklich zuhause fühlt.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 m2 groß, ruhig gelegen und schaut ins Grüne – perfekt, wenn man nach einem langen Tag einfach mal durchatmen will.
Es ist komplett möbliert (Bett, Emma-Matratze, Schreibtisch, Sofa etc.), also kein Stress beim Einrichten – einfach ankommen.
Die Wohnung ist ein kernsanierter Altbau mit hohen Decken und großen Fenstern, dadurch sehr hell und irgendwie direkt gemütlich.
Unser Balkon geht zum Innenhof/Garten raus – im Sommer auf jeden Fall ein Lieblingsspot 🌿
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (inkl. Spülmaschine und Airfryer 😄), Bad modern mit großer Dusche.
Alles da, was man braucht – und ein bisschen mehr.
📍 Lage
Eifelstraße – zwischen Viktoria- und Frankenberger Viertel.
Die Lage ist so ein bisschen „ruhig wohnen, aber alles um die Ecke haben“:
Supermarkt, Kiosk/DHL und Carsharing direkt in der Straße
Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und alles, worauf man spontan Lust hat, ein paar Minuten entfernt ☕🍕
Bus in 2 Minuten, Bahnhof Rothe Erde ca. 6 Minuten
Autobahn auch direkt erreichbar
Parken ist entspannt (ja, wirklich 😄) und für Fahrräder gibt’s Platz im Hof.
🧑🤝🧑 WG-Leben
Wir sind Marc und David (30 & 36).
Unser WG-Leben ist eher ruhig und entspannt – jeder hat seinen Alltag, Job etc.
Aber wir mögen es trotzdem, wenn man sich nicht komplett aus dem Weg geht.
Heißt:
kein Zwang, aber auch keine anonyme Zweck-WG.
Mal zusammen kochen, quatschen, ein Glas Wein oder einfach in der Küche hängen bleiben – genau solche kleinen Momente machen’s für uns aus.
Wir sind beide viel in Bewegung (Sport, draußen unterwegs), aber genauso gibt’s auch Abende, an denen einfach nichts passiert – und das ist auch gut so.

Wir suchen jemanden, der Lust auf genau so eine Mischung hat:
eigenes Ding machen, aber trotzdem Teil der WG sein.
