Very well located next to the University Campus (Cristo), just 2 minutes walk, located in a street with all kinds of shops and bus lines. The room has nice views to a quiet street and green areas in the back of the building. The entrance to the building is through Calle Fuertes Acevedo, one of the main streets in Oviedo. Walking distance to city center 15 minutes.

Apartment renovated, with lots of natural light. 3 rooms and 3 private bathrooms. New tilt-and-turn PVC windows with double glazing, individual heating, doors with individual lock. Common areas: balcony, dining room with full kitchen with oven, induction, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker... A flat where you will feel at home, with all the comfort and privacy you need. As owners, we will take care of helping you with everything you need, solving any incident that may arise so that you can focus on your studies. Building WITHOUT elevator, but it is just a 1st floor.
