Die Wohnung ist ca. 28 m2 groß und befindet sich im 2. Stock. Sie verfügt über eine große Dachterrasse sowie eine kleine Einbauküche mit zwei Herdplatten und einem kleinen Tisch.

Das Badezimmer ist mit WC, Waschbecken, Badewanne und Dusche ausgestattet.

Zur weiteren Ausstattung gehören:

I am offering a furnished one-room apartment for subletting from 01.06. 2026. The apartment is expected to be available until 31 October 2026.

The apartment is approx. 28 m2 and is located on the second floor. It has a large roof terrace and a small fitted kitchen with two hotplates and a small table.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, bathtub and shower.

The apartment includes:

* shoe cabinet
* bathroom cabinet
* shelves
* desk with chair
* refrigerator
* electric stove
* terrace table with two chairs

The rent is €1,050 per month including heating.
An additional €125 per month applies for media costs, including high-speed internet, electricity and the ARD/ZDF broadcasting fee.

The total monthly cost is therefore €1,175€

Registration is possible after signing the official sublet contract.

The roof terrace is now greener and more inviting than shown in some of the photos. There are several large plants/palms, including Washingtonia robusta, which gives the terrace a pleasant Mediterranean atmosphere.
